brushing 101

Maggie is becoming very independent these days, and she's in that phase where she insists on trying everything by herself. She's working on learning to brush her teeth all by herself, and she's getting pretty good at it. She can even rinse and spit, which is pretty funny to watch. Here she is giving Pooh Bear a lesson in teeth brushing, as well as nose-blowing.

    So cute!!! Archer is working on tooth brushing too. Man.... she looks more and more like you (Heather) every time I see pictures.

    Michael is a champion brusher and we often have to tell him "No, you can't go brush your teeth right now"!?! I know in a few years that will change. How is the potty training going? Michael asked to "Pee-pee on tree?" this weekend and of course dad was more than happy to let him go at it! Wish it was more consistent when we are IN the house. He usually only asks to go pee in the potty after he has gone to bed....

    We're just starting to get into potty training. She's had a potty seat for several months and loves to sit on it with her clothes on (and loves to put Pooh on it), but she's still unsure of it w/o her clothes. She's a pro at telling us when she has already pooped, but she's not quite at the point where she can recognize when she's about to go.
